TICKET CHANGE & REFUND
To request for refunding your ticket(s) purchased online by Credit card/Master card/Visa card, please email to our Help Desk by using your registered email address, which was entered when you purchased ticket. The balance amount after deducting the cancellation fee will be credited directly to the card used to purchase the tickets online, and it will take 15 – 20 business days to receive it. For ticket changes include rebook, reroute, please to email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will check whether your ticket could be changed then advise you accordingly. If not, you may require to cancel your current ticket and book the new one.
Note: The fund/change may NOT be allowed according to our Fare Types and Rules. Or there may be a refund/change fee involved. For more information about your ticket condition, please email us at email@example.com at least 48 hours prior to your departure time.
